These terms cover the Bojiboji browser game and its online rooms. The game is owned by Olamide Olatayo Bello. By choosing to start a game, create a room, or join a room, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use those features.

Playing and eligibility

Use the game for lawful personal entertainment. You must be able to agree to these terms under the laws that apply to you. If you are a minor, involve your parent or legal guardian and obtain any permission required by those laws. The game does not provide an age-verification or parental-consent service.

Online play depends on other players, connectivity, and server availability. The current game has no paid purchases, prizes, gambling, or cash rewards. Match statistics do not have monetary value.

Fair play and room access

Do not cheat, exploit software faults, disrupt the service, impersonate another person, harass players, or upload unlawful or abusive material. Do not try to obtain another player's session token or interfere with their controls. Anyone with a room code may be able to join before a match starts; share invitations carefully. Hosts may remove players between matches. Departures, interruptions, and expiration of disconnected sessions can affect a match's outcome.

Hiding spots and pictures

Use nicknames and general location labels. Do not submit private addresses, precise real-world locations, passwords, financial details, or images that expose another person's private information. Only upload material you own or have permission to share, including any necessary permission from people shown in a picture.

You retain your rights in your submissions. You grant the operator a limited, nonexclusive permission to process, resize, transmit, and display them to operate the game and show your hiding profile to room members. This permission does not transfer ownership. Remove your profile or leave the room when you want to stop sharing it; other players may already have viewed or copied it.

Game ownership and permission

Subject to user-submitted content, third-party rights, and applicable law, Bojiboji's proprietary game code, name, design, logo, and artwork are owned by Olamide Olatayo Bello. You may play the game through an authorized installation. Public availability of source code does not by itself grant a license to redistribute, sell, rebrand, or commercially host it. Obtain written permission for those uses unless an applicable license or law allows them.

Privacy and availability

Read the Privacy Policy for the data used by the game and the available controls. Rooms and shared profiles are stored in server memory and can be lost on restart. Features may change or be unavailable during maintenance. Do not rely on the game to keep important records.

Disclaimers and limits

The game is supplied as available, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator disclaims implied warranties and responsibility for indirect loss arising from outages, lost game progress, or other players' actions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Updates and contact

Material updates will be identified by a revised effective date on this page. Review the terms before starting or joining another game. Any additional notice or agreement required by law will still apply.

For questions or concerns, ask the person who provided your room invitation for the game operator's contact information. Do not send room session tokens with a request.
